You will need access to a car and hold a full driving licence. If you possess all of the above, then we will provide the rest.
 
Full training, materials and uniform are provided, the candidate will need to be DBS checked.  
 
This role involves working 3 days a week (option to increase if required) delivering 3 One-hour long Motivation sessions per day with the working hours between 10.30-4.30 pm.  
 
We pay £23 per session and £0.45 per mile. Mileage costs, pension details and holiday benefits will be discussed in more detail on application.
 
 
Our Motivational Therapist works within the care sector, delivering the Motivation sessions to residents to promote physical and mental stimulation. The service is fully researched, and evidence based we really do make a difference.
 
The session is split into four sections Mental stimulation, Chair based exercises (all pre-recorded), Game section and Music therapy. Part of our recruitment process is for you to view the sessions to see for yourself the effect we have on a person wellbeing.
